Angola Main Street is proud to kick off the 2nd Annual Hometown Hero Banner Program! Honor your loved ones and community heroes by submitting an application to have their names and faces displayed proudly in our downtown area.

Availability: Spots are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
How to Apply:

Online Application: Submit your application online.
Mail or In-Person: Print the application below and submit it along with payment and a photo of the honoree to:
